Jason Dennis was a staff member of the American Rental Association, who died tragically in a car accident. He left such a profound impact on his coworkers that they created a internal staff award in his memory. The award was created in his image and character.

The identity is directly inspired by his silhouette in the icon to the left of his name. To keep the award look consistent with ARA's brand colors and brand standards; the colors and type treatment were created with those parameters in mind.
